Carlos Macedo
My journey began with a love for all things related to vehicles. In 1998, I befriended Peter Healy, who had arrived in South Africa from the UK in the early ‘90s. Peter completed his apprenticeship at the Solihull plant under Land Rover before coming to South Africa to assist in setting up the Camel Trophy. He never returned to the UK and eventually opened his own business here. In my free time, I often visited Peter’s workshop, where I developed a keen interest in the industry. In January 2000, he offered me a job, which I gladly accepted. I worked closely with him, learning everything he knew about building engines, gearboxes, steering boxes, and more.
From 2009 to 2013 I decided to start me own venture, buying, refurbishing and selling Land Rovers. In March 2013, I joined a leading gearbox company, which specialised in Land Rover gearboxes and differentials. After joining, we expanded our services to include the maintenance and servicing of Land Rovers.
In February 2018, I joined LP4A team to continue my journey and love affair with Land Rovers.

Bronwyn ansley
Bronwyn is the Branch Manager of Landy Parts 4 Africa in Durban, bringing over 15 years of customer service experience and more than a decade in management. Her career has been shaped by a hands-on, all-round approach within the Land Rover industry, where she has gained valuable exposure to vehicle handling, parts knowledge, and operational excellence.
Bronwyn’s strength lies in her ability to understand customers and anticipate their needs, ensuring a consistently high level of service and satisfaction. Her deep industry insight, combined with her commitment to building strong client relationships, makes her an integral part of the Landy Parts 4 Africa team and a trusted point of contact for Land Rover enthusiasts and professionals alike.
